Job Summary
We are looking for a Mobile Developer who can build and maintain applications for both Android
and iOS platforms. In this role, you will work closely with founders, product managers,
designers, and backend engineers to develop and launch mobile products quickly.
You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and helping shape
the mobile product roadmap in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile App Development
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Build scalable and maintainable features using Swift / Kotlin / Java or cross-platform
frameworks when appropriate.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, usability, and reliability.
- End-to-End Ownership
- Own the entire mobile development lifecycle planning, coding, testing, deployment, and
maintenance.
- Manage mobile releases and updates through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Product Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and founders to transform ideas into mobile
features.
- Participate in product discussions, feature prioritization, and technical planning.
- API & Backend Integration
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Work with backend teams to ensure seamless data synchronization and performance.
- Implement authentication, notifications, analytics, and payment integrations where needed.
- Rapid MVP Development
- Build and launch Minimum Viable Product (MVP) features quickly.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and product insights.
- Performance & Quality
- Monitor app performance and resolve crashes, bugs, and technical issues.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct testing to ensure product stability.
- Scalability & Architecture
- Implement scalable mobile architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
- Refactor and improve code as the product grows and new features are added.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
- 25 years of mobile app development experience.
- Experience building apps for both Android and iOS.
- Strong knowledge of Swift and Kotlin (or Java).
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SwiftUI and Combine
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Experience with unit testing and UI testing
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
