About The Role -
As an iOS Developer at CarInfo, you will be responsible for building reliable and user-friendly
mobile experiences that help millions of Indians manage their vehicle-related needs. This role
involves more than just development, you will be expected to understand problems deeply, think
through solutions, and deliver features that are stable, scalable, and easy to use.
If you enjoy working on real product challenges, taking ownership of your work, and improving
app quality through thoughtful problem-solving, this role will suit you well.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across CarInfo's key product areas such as RC Search, FASTag, Challans, Insurance, Service History, and more.
- Write clean and maintainable code using UIKit, MVVM/MVC, and standard iOS frameworks.
- Work on features end to end, including UI development, API integration, state handling, and performance optimization.
- Identify, debug, and fix issues to improve app stability and user experience.
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and overall responsiveness.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Stay updated with iOS updates and tools to continuously improve code quality.
Requirement-
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in iOS application development.
- Strong understanding of UIKit and core iOS frameworks.
- Experience working with MVVM and MVC design patterns.
- Good understanding of iOS fundamentals, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, multithreading, offline storage, and edge-case handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand issues, break them down, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them independently.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Openness to learning new tools and improving development practices.
