Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis & Research:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and industry research relevant to the company and its competitors.
  • Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and investment community sentiment.
  • Prepare detailed equity research reports and financial models.

2. Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and brokerage firms.
  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and analyst briefings.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for queries from the investment community.

3. Messaging & Disclosure:

  • Collaborate with the corporate communications and finance teams to develop clear and consistent messaging.
  • Support the preparation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, and annual reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market disclosure norms.

4. Strategic Input:

  • Provide insights and feedback from the sell-side community to senior management.
  • Support the development of investor relations strategies to enhance company visibility and valuation.
  • Track analyst recommendations and investor sentiment to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • CFA or MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 3–6 years experience in equity research, investment banking, sell-side analyst role, or investor relations.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and equity analysis.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, or similar tools.
