Investor Relations Strategy & Communication
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations (IR) and investor communications strategy aligned with company goals and market positioning.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company's financial performance and strategic vision to investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Plan and manage earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one investor meetings.
- Manage investor expectations and feedback into strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential investors.
Investor Reporting & Disclosures
- Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual investor presentations, factsheets, and performance updates.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in investor communication materials (including financial statements, MD&A, ESG reports, etc.).
- Prepare oversee preparation of reports, presentations and all manner of collateral information that would be sent discussed presented to any investor (including but not limited to project specific presentations, overall company presentations, specific investment presentations.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders as per the guidance of the management promoters, including quarterly performance updates, investor presentations, and reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private equity funds, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Track investor sentiment and feedback; relay insights transparently to senior management
- Manage investor database and CRM tools to enable targeted communication and engagement.
Support Capital Raising and Investment Strategy
- Assist Promoters, CFO and executive team in capital raising initiatives equity, debt and or quasi equity mezzanine structures.
- Contribute to financial modelling and pitchbooks for investment roadshows or strategic partnerships.
Fundraising & Capital Markets
- Lead certain fundraising activities on the equity fundraise new lenders (or investors). Work with existing team to enhance relationship with existing lenders
- Build relationships with domestic and international investors, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
- Monitor market trends and explore innovative financial instruments.
Financial Analysis & Forecasting
- Collaborate with finance, project, and strategy teams to assimilate and prepare data, forecasts and reports
- Benchmark company performance against industry and market.
