Job Description

  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder engagement.
  • Investor roadshows for IPO

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Investor Relations should have:

  • CA/CFA/MBA with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in taking the company to IPO and managing investor relations activities thereafter
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing investor relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
