Role Description
The Investment Operations Associate is a full-time role either in Mumbai or Dubai. We are looking for a high-ownership, detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our fund including trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting. The associate will ensure compliance with regulations, oversee the accuracy of portfolio data, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fund operations and trade lifecycle - execution tracking, reconciliation, and position monitoring
- Coordinate fund flows including subscriptions, redemptions, and banking interactions
- Validate NAV and performance data with administrators; resolve discrepancies
- Prepare MIS, investor reports, and fund factsheets
- Act as a point of contact with fund administrators, brokers, and partners
- Handle investor onboarding (KYC, documentation) and ongoing queries
- Update pitch decks, investor materials, and communication
- Support strategy execution and track portfolio performance
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities and distribution channels
Qualifications
- Proficiency in trade settlement, portfolio reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment operations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of financial software tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in asset management, PMS, AIF or financial operations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
