Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Job Overview: The role will focus on enhancing the efficiency of HR functions that include,
Employee Relations, Compliance, and Payroll support.
Job Roles
Onboarding Induction
- Oversee employee life cycle events, including onboarding, promotions, transfers,offboarding.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials,scheduling orientations, and facilitating smooth integration.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and separation agreements.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete,and compliant with legal requirements.
Payroll And Benefits Administration
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment toemployees.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, resolving any issues promptly.
- Compliance Reporting:
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and documentation comply with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant local and national employment laws and regulations.
- Support the HR team in preparing and submitting required government reports, such as tax filings and labor compliance reports.
- Conduct audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and suggest improvements.
Employee Relations
- Communication: Improving communication between employees and management
- Conflict resolution: Resolving conflicts that arise in the workplace
- Policies and practices: Establishing policies and practices that promote fairness, respect, and open dialogue
- Transparency: Ensuring the relationship between an organization and its people is managed through transparent practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR-related technology.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working Hours: 10am -7pm
Working days- 6 days
