I am looking to Hire Freelance Investment Banking Instructors with a minimum of 5 Years Industry Experience. The Non-Negotiable must have concepts are mentioned below:

1. Strong Financial Modeling Expertise

- 3-statement models

- DCF valuation

- LBO modeling

- M&A models

2. Deep Understanding of Valuation Techniques

- Comparable company analysis (Comps)

- Precedent transactions

- Discounted cash flow (DCF)

3. Real Investment Banking Experience

- Experience in M&A, ECM, or advisory roles

- Exposure to live deals, not just theory

4. Advanced Excel, PowerBI & PowerPoint Skills

- Excel: shortcuts, model structuring, error-checking

- PowerBI: Basic Washboarding

- PowerPoint: pitch decks, CIMs, investor presentations

5. Deal Process Knowledge

- Pitching → Mandate → Due diligence → Negotiation → Closing

- Role of different stakeholders
