Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, with multiple openings across our Delhi NCR and Bangalore offices. As an Investment Banking Analyst at Orington & Partners, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day activities including financial modelling, networking, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and other core analytical responsibilities. You will work as part of a dynamic, high-performing team and play a key role in supporting clients across a broad spectrum of investment banking mandates.

Qualifications

  • Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Due Diligence and Valuation
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Investment Banking
  • Abreast with end-to-end deal cycle, financial models, and accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in LBO modelling, including independent model build and analysis is a plus
  • Exposure to Real Estate Private Equity is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prepare and present investment memos
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Pursuing relevant certifications (CA/CFA/MBA) are beneficial
  • 0-2 years of experience working in a front-end role in a VC/PE/Big4/Investment Boutique/Family Office
  • Keen interest in understanding international markets, specifically Australia, US, UK, UAE and Singapore.
