About the Company:

We are a sector-agnostic, multi-asset platform with a focus on growth and pre-IPO opportunities, typically writing $10M–$40M per transaction while retaining the flexibility to lead or participate in larger, strategic checks. About the Role:

• Ideal candidates:
• Professionals from investment banking, management consulting, or growth equity / buyout firms
• Experience: 1.5 - 3 years for Analysts
• Skills: Financial and commercial analysis, corporate finance, financial modelling, market research, first-principles thinking, and thesis development

• Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Conduct market and industry research to support the firm's thesis development
• Lead due diligences (CDD, LDD, FDD, IDD) and prepare investment memos
• Post-investment monitoring, including portfolio performance
