Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Executiveto support inventory management activities in an aerospace manufacturing/workplace environment. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and material movement
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per aerospace quality standards
Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirements
Perform regular stock checks and physical inventory audits
Update inventory data in ERP or inventory management systems
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of aerospace components
Coordinate with stores, production, and purchase teams
Follow company procedures related to safety, quality, and compliance
Report inventory discrepancies and assist in corrective actions
Requirements:
0 to 1 year of experience in inventory, stores, or logistics (aerospace/manufacturing preferred)
Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation
Willingness to learn aerospace industry standards and processes
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)
Language Requirements:
Kannada Mandatory
Hindi Mandatory
English Mandatory
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates based in or around Bangalore
Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Mechanical or related field preferred)
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
