Inventory Executive - Fresher

Looking for a Dynamic Inventory Executive for an E-commerce brand from Bengaluru!

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound queries on the website and social websites

Handle customer coordination and provide the necessary support

Handle escalations and help resolve them

Manage Key accounts and take care of their needs

Inventory Management: Developing and implementing inventory managementstrategies and policies to optimise inventory levels, minimise carrying costs, andmeet customer demand.

Ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of inventory levels, stock movements,and replenishment processes.

Inventory Control Procedures: Establishing and maintaining effective inventorycontrol procedures, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and regularphysical inventory audits.

Implementing measures to prevent stockouts, overstocks, and obsoleteinventory.

Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and logisticsteams to ensure accurate and timely inventory receipt. Managing relationshipswith suppliers and negotiating favourable terms for inventory procurement.

Demand Planning and Forecasting: Work closely with sales, operations, andprocurement teams to develop demand forecasts and inventory replenishmentplans.

Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to optimiseinventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excesses.

Inventory Accuracy and Reconciliation: Conduct regular inventoryreconciliations to ensure accuracy between physical inventory, stock records,and the inventory management system.

Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during thereconciliation process.

Inventory Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and analysing inventorylevels, turnover rates, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.

Job Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field

Fresher or any internship experience will be a plus

Knowledge of inventory management principles, methodologies, and bestpractices.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and makedata-driven decisions.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking andreconciliation.

Good communication skills
