Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented candidates for an international customer support role. You will interact with global customers and ensure a smooth and satisfying service experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries via calls/chat/email

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive experience

Maintain records of interactions in CRM systems

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution

Meet daily/weekly performance targets (quality & productivity)
