We are seeking an enthusiastic International Voice Support professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch support to our international clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving queries effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent voice support to international clients via phone and other communication channels.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Document all customer interactions in the support system accurately.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using computer applications and customer support software.
Understanding of international customer service standards and practices.
