Description
We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through voice calls, providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing voice calls from international customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
