Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document call details and customer interactions in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required
