We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. The ideal candidates will have 1-10 years of experience in customer service or a related field, providing exceptional support to our international clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across various time zones.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer calls.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
