  • Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle both inbound and outbound calls from international customers and clients
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely and effective solutions for products or services
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality support and representing the company positively
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the system
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards, and meet personal and team targets
  • Required Skills and Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in English and potentially other international languages
  • Customer Service: A strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions
  • Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Adaptability: The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use CRM tools and other relevant software
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Typical Work Environment Call Centers: Often work in a call center environment, though remote positions are also available
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience
