International Voice Process Executive

Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally for international customers.
• Greet customers, actively listen, and understand their queries/concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, or technical support.

Issue Resolution

• Diagnose customer issues and offer appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Escalate unresolved cases to higher support teams when necessary.
• Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) whenever possible.

Communication Skills

• Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication in English (neutral/global accent).
• Document all conversations accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication skillsin English (neutral/global accent).
• Stronglistening skillsand ability to understand diverse accents.
• Customer handling skillspatience, empathy, problem-solving.
• Typing & computer skills ability to multitask (talk + type, use CRM tools).
• Sales/Negotiation skills(for outbound/sales process).
• Willingness towork in night shifts/rotational shifts(to support international time zones)
