Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This is a non-sales and non-target-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow communication scripts and process guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle international customers
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior BPO experience is an added advantage
