Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) professionally.
  • Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support.
  • Communicate clearly, politely, and efficiently in neutral or international English.
  • Follow scripts or guidelines to maintain call quality and consistency.
  • Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as required.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/voice process experience is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US/UK timing) and rotational shifts.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with international customer service standards.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate issues.
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Avaya is a plus.
  • Sales or upselling skills (for outbound or blended processes).
