Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This is a non-sales and non-target-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts and process guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle international customers
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in night shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Prior BPO experience is an added advantage

Additional Information:

  • Cab facility (if applicable)
  • Training will be provided
  • Immediate joiners preferred
