Position:Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat with accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts including Night and Graveyard shifts
- 5 days working with rotational weekly offs
