Description

This role is for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the international voice process. You will be responsible for assisting customers from various countries, providing them with information and resolving their queries through effective communication.

Responsibilities

Handle international customer inquiries via voice calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Document interactions and ensure follow-up as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
Customer service orientation.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
