Job Description

Attend incoming client calls and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Service and assist clients after conversion, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Suggest itineraries, travel routes, and provide quotes tailored to client requirements.
Process bookings via Destination Management Companies (DMCs) or online aggregator portals, managing payments or credit lines as per management approval.
Coordinate with aggregators and manage accounts receivable and payable for assigned clients.
Handle leads from start to finish through CRM systems, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.
Perform administrative tasks related to portfolio management, including reporting and documentation.
