Telecaller job involves making and receiving calls to sell products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support, requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and data entry skills to manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and meet sales targets using CRM software. Responsibilities include outbound calls to prospects, inbound call handling, lead nurturing, and maintaining records in a database, focusing on building client relationships and achieving business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to promote offerings, explain features, and persuade customers to buy or book appointments.Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.Data Management: Update customer info, log call details, and maintain records in CRM systems.Follow-Up: Contact existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and convert leads.Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales quotas. Essential Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal skills, active listening, and ability to switch communication styles.Attitude: Persuasive, confident, resilient to rejection, and professional.Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Other Skills: Time management, multitasking, research, and strong interpersonal skills. Typical RequirementsHigh school diploma.Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred).Knowledge of local languages can be a plus for domestic roles.
