Telecaller job involves making/receiving calls to engage customers, generate leads, promote products/services, resolve issues, and meet sales targets, requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and record-keeping, often using CRM tools to build customer relationships and drive business growth, functioning as the voice of the company.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Contacting existing/potential customers via phone for sales, support, or feedback.Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing sales leads for the sales team.Product Promotion: Informing clients about company offerings and nudging them towards purchases.Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handling both incoming queries and making proactive calls.Record Keeping: Accurately logging customer interactions, details, and follow-ups in CRM systems.Issue Resolution: Addressing customer complaints and providing solutions.Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call quotas.
