Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Healthcare Recruiter to specialize in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the placement of dentists and dental healthcare professionals for opportunities in the United States and New Zealand. The recruiter will act as a bridge between international candidates and client organizations, ensuring compliance with licensing, credentialing, and immigration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach
• Identify, attract, and engage qualified dentists and dental staff through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals interested in overseas opportunities.
Screening & Assessment
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, language proficiency, and readiness for international relocation.
• Verify credentials, certifications, and professional experience in line with US and New Zealand standards.
Client & Candidate Coordination
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations abroad to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Guide candidates through application, licensing, and immigration processes with clarity and support.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to ethical standards and international compliance regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, documentation, and placement status.
Market Intelligence
• Stay updated on global healthcare recruitment trends, licensing requirements, and immigration policies for the US and New Zealand.
• Provide insights to management on candidate availability and competitive hiring strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment for the United States.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects with attention to detail and deadlines
