Requirements

As an International Sales Specialist, you will operate at the core of our global growth engine. You will engage with prospective learners, guide them through decision-making journeys, and help them identify the right learning solutions based on their goals and aspirations.

This is not a transactional sales role. You are expected to influence, consult, and drive outcomes through effective communication, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills. You will interact with international customers, understand their requirements, and ensure a smooth end-to-end learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective learners and international clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs and solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate sales operations efficiently to ensure smooth lead flow and customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Drive timely follow-ups and ensure high response rates to maximize conversions.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and customer expectations.
  • Represent the company professionally in all global interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 0 – 5 years
  • Freshers with excellent communication and strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
