Job Overview
As a Career Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with international leads, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them towards suitable IT certification programs. This position involves managing the complete B2C sales cycle for global markets, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international leads to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Provide expert guidance on suitable IT certification programs tailored to individual needs.
- Manage the complete B2C sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively persuade and handle objections.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, motivated by incentives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and follow up as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-6 years in international B2C sales, EdTech sales, or voice process.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work Schedule: Comfortable working night shifts to align with US market hours.
- Skills: Proven ability in persuasion, objection handling, and closing sales.
- Motivation: Target-driven with a strong motivation for incentives.
