Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for chemical products.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, trade shows, and industry networks.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat orders and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in international sales or export sales management in the chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of achieving significant growth in exports revenue through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of global markets, including regulations, customs procedures, and logistics considerations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
