Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with international clients, driving sales growth in global markets, and developing strategies to expand the company's presence. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure effective client communication, analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in International Sales, Business Development, and Market Research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships, negotiation, and account management to manage long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills tailored to a global clientele.
• Experience in strategic planning and managing sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the chemical manufacturing industry or specialty chemicals is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to different cultures, and travel internationally as required.

Key Attributes

Education: BSc or MSc Chemistry/ BE Chemical

Post Graduation : MBA in Marketing or Foreign Trade

Experience: Min 2-3 years relevant chemical Industry experience (Commodity, Specialty or Fine chemicals)

Sex : Male Preferred

Communication : Excellent written and spoken English

Cmputers: Working knowledge of MS Office
