Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Executive role based in West Delhi. The International Sales Executive will identify and develop new international business opportunities, build and manage long-term relationships with distributors, hospitals, and institutional buyers, and handle end-to-end sales cycles. Responsibilities include preparing and responding to international tenders, negotiating pricing and contracts, coordinating with internal teams on product specifications and documentation, and ensuring timely order execution. The role also involves conducting market research, tracking competitor activity, attending trade fairs or virtual meetings, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership. The International Sales Executive will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and uphold all regulatory and quality-related requirements in overseas markets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in International Sales and International Business, with experience in managing overseas markets and partners.
- Strong Sales and Account Management abilities, including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and after-sales support.
- Prior experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort with international documentation, tenders, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel for business as required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis
