Role Overview
As an International Sales Executive, you will engage with international leads, understand career goals, and guide professionals toward suitable IT certification programs. This role involves managing the complete B2C sales cycle for global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with outbound international leads (US/Canada/UK).
- Conduct career counselling via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Recommend appropriate IT courses based on learner needs.
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily and consistently hit monthly revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in international B2C sales, EdTech sales, or a voice-based sales process
- 1–7 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written, with a clear and confident delivery
- Comfortable working night shifts (US/Global hours)
- Strong objection handling, persuasion, and deal-closing ability
