Job Title: Senior Sales / Relationship Manager (Forex)

Job Overview

FGC Trading Experts is hiring an experienced sales professional who can handle high-value clients, close deals confidently, and build long-term client relationships. The role focuses on consultative selling, trust-building, and revenue growth in the forex trading space.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified inbound and warm leads

• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable services

• Conduct detailed sales calls & video meetings

• Close high-ticket deals with professional follow-ups

• Build and manage long-term client relationships

• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

• Maintain CRM records and sales reports

• Coordinate with marketing & trading teams for better conversions

• Ensure ethical sales practices and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of proven sales experience

• Strong closing and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi

• Experience in finance, forex, stock market, or investment services

• Ability to handle HNI / premium clients

• Comfortable with targets and performance metrics

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in forex trading companies

• CRM handling experience

• Knowledge of account management & retention

• Experience with video sales or consultation-based selling
