We work closely with brands to understand their business, uncover leakages in their branding, website, and marketing, and then consult them with the right bundled solutions to fix those gaps and drive growth.

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced International Sales Closers who can handle the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing high-ticket deals.

In this role, you will engage with US and Canada-based business owners, understand their current challenges, identify gaps in their business, and position our solutions effectively to convert them into paying clients.

This is a performance-driven, commission-based role suited for individuals who can sell value and outcomes, not just services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on leads provided by the company
  • Cold call and qualify US/Canada-based prospects
  • Understand the client's business and identify potential gaps
  • Position our solutions as a way to fix those gaps and enable growth
  • Handle objections and guide the client toward a decision
  • Close deals and collect 50% upfront payment
  • Maintain basic tracking of outreach and deal status

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in international sales or high-ticket closing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand business challenges and sell solutions
  • Confident objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Must have your own cold calling software (dialer)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote setup

Payout Structure:

  • 10 -15% commission per closed deal
  • Commission calculated on net amount received (after payment processing fees)
  • Payout split:
  • • 50% of commission when initial client payment (50%) is received
  • • 50% after final payment is completed
  • Typical deal size: $2,500 – $5,000
  • Expected earnings: $300 – $750+ per deal
  • No cap on earnings

Growth Opportunities:

  • Close 10 confirmed clients per month for 3 consecutive months
  • → Eligible for a permanent full-time role
  • Opportunity to grow into senior sales or leadership roles
