International Regulatory Manager - Pesticides

Role Description

This full-time role as a Regulatory Manager - Pesticides is based on-site at our Ahmedabad or Vadodara location. The responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing and submitting regulatory submissions, monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements, and overseeing all regulatory affairs related to pesticide products. The Regulatory Manager will work closely with relevant departments to maintain compliance with domestic and international standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge and experience in Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and Regulatory Affairs
• Dossier preparation for Overseas countries will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Regulatory Submissions
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting and implementing regulations
• Knowledge of global pesticide regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Experience working with international regulatory bodies is a plus
• Bio efficacy Data Generation Projects
• Protocol preparation as per guidelines
• Coordination with Universities for multi-season, multi-location trials
• Compilation and submission of trial data
• Toxicity Data Generation Projects

Having knowledge to handle authorities like

• ECOCERT / OMRI
• CIBRC Dossier Preparation for Product Registration under:
• Section 9(3) (New Molecules)
• Section 9(3b) (Data Exemptions/Alternate Sources)
• Section 9(4) (Me-Too Registrations)
• Bio stimulant Registration Projects

We are looking for Regulatory manager having exposure of Domestic as well as International Marketing experience for Crop protection products for Ahmedabad, Vadodara Gujarat Location.
