Job Description

Hiring forInternational outbound sales (Phone Sales)

LocationFaridabad (Next to NHPC Metro Station)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our product (Wine And Alcohol).

Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.

Gooff-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.

Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.

Cross selling upselling of products

Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

Consolidate existing and build new customer base.

Ensure Data security is maintained.

Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor.

Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs

Minimum 3 years of International outbound sales experience. Can be from UK, US or Australia markets

Excellent English Communication skills (Neutral Accent)

Good conversational skills, must be able to speak fluently

Experienced in working with targets

Experience Of Working On Dialers Preferred

Must be a team player

An interest in and a desire to learn about wines

Willingness to work in shifts, 5 days working

Must not be beyond 25 km area from our office because we do not provide cab facility

Working Days: 5 days/week (Australia Shift 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

CTC Offered : Upto 9 LPA + Incentives + Conveyance Reimbursement

Interview Procedure

1st round will be screening,

2nd round will be with Head HR ,

3rd round -Technical with sales manager

4th round will be final round with strategic head
