We are looking for an International E-commerce Customer Support professional to join our team in India. This is a non-voice process role focused on providing exceptional customer service through written communication. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries through email and chat regarding order status, product information, and returns.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
