Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls with international clients, addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Prior experience in international voice process or customer service is preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
