Required Skills Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Prior experience in international voice process or customer service is preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
