We are seeking a motivated International Customer Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a strong background in customer service. This role involves supporting our international clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing solutions to their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via phone.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and provide training on product usage.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes and product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with international customers and understanding of cultural differences.
