HIRING NOW: International Customer Support Executive.
Location: Bangalore | WFO
Shifts: US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities.
- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for US customers across Voice, Chat, and Email
- Provide world-class customer experience by resolving issues related to products, orders, and services
- Accurately document interactions in CRM and follow escalation process when needed.
- Work collaboratively with team to drive performance and improve customer satisfaction
