Job Description

Hiring For Fresher for Customer Support (International Chat Support) Contractual role for Bangalore location

Location : Bangalore
Job Profile : Customer Support - International Chat (Retail & Telecom Process)
Salary : Up to 2.5 LPA + 5K retention bonus per month
Working Days : 5 days a week with 2 rotational off (Both ways cab available)
Shift : 5PM - 2AM (US Shift)
Qualification : Undergraduate | Graduate | Diploma with good communication

Interview Round : MCAT > Ops > HR

Key Responsibilities -

Resolve Queries : Answer customer questions accurately and quickly via live web or app chat.
Multitask : Manage multiple concurrent chat windows while keeping response times low.
Record Data : Log customer details and interaction summaries accurately in CRM software.
Escalate Issues: Pass complex technical or billing problems to senior teams when needed.
Meet Targets: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and productivity standards.
