Hiring For Fresher for Customer Support (International Chat Support) Contractual role for Bangalore location

• Location : Bangalore
• Job Profile : Customer Support - International Chat (Retail & Telecom Process)
• Salary : Up to 2.5 LPA + 5K retention bonus per month
• Working Days : 5 days a week with 2 rotational off (Both ways cab available)
• Shift : 5PM - 2AM (US Shift) 
• Qualification : Undergraduate | Graduate | Diploma with good communication 

Interview Round : MCAT > Ops > HR 

Key Responsibilities -

• Resolve Queries : Answer customer questions accurately and quickly via live web or app chat.
• Multitask : Manage multiple concurrent chat windows while keeping response times low.
• Record Data : Log customer details and interaction summaries accurately in CRM software.
• Escalate Issues: Pass complex technical or billing problems to senior teams when needed.
• Meet Targets: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and productivity standards.
