We're Hiring: International Customer Support Associate

Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational (5 Days Working, 2 Days Off)
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1L Retention Bonus
Joining Date: 11th April
Interview Mode: Virtual (Webex)

Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Inbound – US Process) for a global digital product environment. If you enjoy interacting with international customers and delivering excellent support, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle global customers via chat & calls
  • Support billing, subscriptions & account-related queries
  • Guide users on product usage & admin tools
  • Identify upsell & renewal opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience

Requirements:
  • 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
  • Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
  • Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level)
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts
