CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1L Retention Bonus

Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Inbound – US Process) for a global digital product environment. If you enjoy interacting with international customers and delivering excellent support, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle global customers via chat & calls
- Support billing, subscriptions & account-related queries
- Guide users on product usage & admin tools
- Identify upsell & renewal opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
- Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
- Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level)
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
