Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Executive with experience in handling both international and domestic clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Support international and domestic customers and address their concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain service quality and communication standards.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Experience in handling international and/or domestic customers.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Experience & Qualification
1 to 5 years of experience in customer support / customer care / international process.
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional Information
Candidate must be willing to work from Dehradun location (on-site).
Accommodation will not be provided.
Immediate to 15 days joining preferred.
