Job Description

Black And White Business Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of International Chat Support. This position is ideal for candidates with proven experience in international customer service via chat or mobile messaging channels. You will be instrumental in delivering world-class support, building meaningful customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through efficient problem resolution and proactive engagement.

Must Have Skills

  • International Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer service, specifically supporting chat or mobile messaging channels.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact clearly, concisely, and professionally with a diverse international customer base.
  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: A minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy to ensure efficient and error-free communication.
  • Quick Navigation Ability: Proficiency in quickly navigating various systems and applications to efficiently assist customers.
  • Web Savvy: Strong understanding and comfort with web-based platforms and internet usage.
  • Basic Troubleshooting Knowledge: Fundamental ability to identify and resolve common technical or service-related issues.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to effectively toggle between multiple screens/tools and manage various customer interactions simultaneously.

Good to Have Skills

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in Quick Navigation Ability, Web Savvy, and Basic Troubleshooting Knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class customer service by consistently responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively via multiple channels (e.g., web chat, mobile messaging).
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers through a consultative approach, actively understanding their current and future needs, providing first-contact resolution, and negotiating positive outcomes.
  • Enhance customer experience by proactively identifying opportunities to offer relevant products or services based on customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Navigate computer systems and applications efficiently to service customers and enable them to maximize the utility of our online and mobile platforms.
  • Document necessary information accurately, including payment details, customer change of details (address, contact information), and travel notifications, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping.

Qualification

  • Any Graduate and Above

CTC Range

  • 3.5 to 5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
