International Business Development Executive / Manager US & UAE Markets

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven International Business Development Executive / Manager to drive our expansion in the United States or United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, strategic market penetration, and building long-term business relationships in target markets. The ideal candidate combines strong sales capabilities with a deep understanding of international business practices and cross-cultural communication.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct thorough research to identify and prioritize target industries, sectors, and high-potential clients in the US or UAE.
- Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to enter and grow in both markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, events).
- Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential fit.
- Maintain and update lead pipelines in CRM systems.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Initiate contact, nurture relationships, schedule meetings, and conduct sales presentations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to tailor proposals and service offerings.
Sales & Deal Closure
- Lead contract negotiations and close client agreements that align with company goals.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for both the US & UAE markets.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Track and report on key performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecast revenue performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and nurture inbound leads with outbound efforts.
- Participate in team strategy meetings and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in international business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally with exposure to the US or UAE markets.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and outreach platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with senior stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a self-starter mindset and ability to work independently across time zones.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability working with diverse international clients.
