Role Description

We are seeking an International Business Development Analyst for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram office. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities in international markets, analyzing business data, and developing strategies for market expansion. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with international clients, identifying potential buyers and suppliers, and supporting decision-making through detailed reports and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Market Research and understanding international market trends and dynamics.
• Exceptional Communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with diverse global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with International Business principles and practices, including cross-border trade and negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proficiency in tools for data analysis and reporting, such as Excel, BI tools, and CRM platforms.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
