Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using UiPath
Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process documentation and workflows
Evaluate and refine automation business cases to maximize ROI and efficiency
Build and manage automation pipelines aligned with automation-first strategy
Work with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements
Collaborate with Solution Architects and RPA Developers for solution design and implementation
Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment automation support
Facilitate workshops and daily stand-up meetings for project coordination
Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) for automation projects
Act as communication bridge between business teams and technical teams
Identify reusable automation components and improve process frameworks
Prepare success stories, case studies, and documentation for stakeholders
